Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when an A2Z Cart order can be cancelled.

Before dispatch

You may request cancellation before the order is packed/dispatched. Contact us ASAP with your order number via a2zcart.in@gmail.com or +91 79760 47280.

After dispatch

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled online. You may refuse delivery where the courier allows, or follow our Return Policy after delivery.

Wholesale / custom lots

Confirmed wholesale or specially procured lots may be non-cancellable once procurement has started. Any approved cancellation may include sourcing or restocking deductions disclosed at confirmation.

Payment refunds on cancellation

If cancellation is approved before dispatch, prepaid amounts are refunded to the original method within about 7–10 business days (bank timelines vary).

Our cancellations

We may cancel for stock unavailability, payment failure, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and refunded for any amount collected.
