A2Z Cart ships across India. This Shipping Policy explains timelines, charges, and responsibility during transit.
Service area
We deliver pan-India through partner couriers. Remote pin codes may need extra transit time or alternate carriers.
Processing time
In-stock orders typically pack within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Wholesale / large carton orders may need additional preparation time — we will confirm on WhatsApp or email.
Transit estimates
- Metro / major cities: usually 2–6 business days after dispatch
- Other serviceable pin codes: usually 4–10 business days after dispatch
Estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, strikes, or festivals can extend delivery.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, destination, and offer rules. Free-shipping promotions (if any) will be shown on the cart or product page.
Tracking
Where available, tracking details are shared by SMS/email/WhatsApp after dispatch.
Risk of loss
Title and risk pass to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier, except where mandatory law says otherwise. Report damaged parcels with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
