Placing an order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order and receive valid payment. We may refuse or cancel orders for pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or policy violations. Wholesale / carton rates may require WhatsApp or email confirmation.

5. Shipping & risk

Delivery timelines are estimates. Once goods are handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you as described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, refunds & cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, Return Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

7. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the Services, scrape the site, reverse engineer systems, upload malware, or use the store for unlawful resale where prohibited.
